The home is a 4 bed 1 bath space, but will only have 3 bedrooms occupied. The additional room is a shared space. A bay window at the front of the house gets phenomenal lighting and is perfect for plants. An exterior accessed room, shed, and attic are available for additional storage as well (bikes, kayaks, etc). The backyard is fenced and gets a balance of sun and shade throughout the day. The home is outfitted with digital locks on the exterior doors and each housemate gets their own personal code. The rooms are leased individually with flexible leases terms (month to month, short term available). A planet fitness, climbing gym, and the American Tobacco Trail are very close to the property.

6 month - 1year lease at $750/month (unfurnished) Month-to-month lease agreement at $765/month (2.5 month minimum, unfurnished).

Pets considered. No cats and max of 2 dogs at the property. $200 pet fee if approved.

Applicants should be clean, have a credit score greater than 700, income 3x monthly rent, non-smoker, no drugs, no weapons on property. Rooms intended for single occupancy only.

Current housemates are: 1 male late-twenties PhD w/ 2 midsized dogs. Enjoys hiking, volleyball, and agility training.
