About the room
It is located in a very quiet area about 2.5 miles from the costco and 3 miles outside of downtown woodinville. Its close to a very nice hiking area “Paradise lake”
About the roomies
Female, 50 plus. Only myself… travel quite often, very clean and will socialize sometimes, prefer to stay private. My kitchen will be available for use, but be mindful of strong smells while cooking (like curries or Caribbean style). If you want to help with some chores around the house I could negotiate a cheaper rent ( some indoor painting perhaps, or help with some yard work now and then). I could supply the bedroom set or you may bring your own.
