Looking for an awesome roommate to join an amazing apartment! You’ll have your own bedroom (listed as bedroom on the floor plan) with a massive closet and two floor-to-ceiling windows. You would share the hall bathroom with one other person. Room is available June 15th, 2024. Rent is $1263/month and does not include utilities ($150-$175/month per person). Lease would be for 1 year. No summer sublets.

The apartment is beautiful with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling windows. It gets great natural light throughout the day! The building has a 24 hour concierge, secure package room, club room, lounge, movie theatre, 2 business centers, a gym, rooftop grill, and rooftop pool! The building location couldn’t be better - it’s next to a Giant grocery store and 1 block from the Union Station Metro (Red Line).

You’ll be living with 2 professional females, one who works as a consultant for the government and the other works on the Hill. Both are very outgoing and likes to host get togethers on the rooftop and in the apartment. Big fans of movie nights! We have one adorable cat.

Grace and I have been living in the apartment for a year now and love it! Grace works on the Hill and is in-person. She is a vegetarian and plays rugby in her free time. I’m a government consultant and am hybrid (go in on Thursdays). I love to travel and volunteer in my free time.
