The complex is gated and has smart locks, two pools, 24/7 gym, has a shopping center directly across that you can walk two with Publix, liquor store, two gas stations, a nail salon, and more all inside! It’s about 10 mins from winter garden village, 30 from Disney, and 20 from universal. There will be a roommate take over fee as well as app fee which will be 100 all together. The rooms will be sharing a bathroom with one of the rooms connected to the bathroom.
I’m usually studying and hanging out at home most times. My boyfriend comes over about once a week but he doesn’t always stay the night and we are out most of the time. I do have two cats
