A townhouse with a spare bedroom. Unfurnished but comes with a private bathroom and bathtub/shower. Utilities are included with rent (electric, water, and internet). Comes with a washer/dryer. Acess to living room and the kitchen of course. A couple miles away from UNR and TMCC.

I work part-time (grave shifts). Currently a full-time nursing student 3/4 if the way done. I don’t mind a student or anyone really as long we can coexist well. I look forward to eventually becoming friends in the process. I will be spending my time studying. I usually will be reading, watching TV, or playing video games in my room. I also go to the gym daily. I am looking for a quiet person who cleans up after themselves and will respect my space. And I will respect your privacy as well. No pets.
