I am moving back home to OKC (I’m homesick) I’m 54, no pets gave my cats away. appreciate good conversations, no alcohol (or extremely limited to consuming) I don’t drink or drug. I’ve been in Allen for 2 years and need a roommate to help me cover expenses. I would consider renting the entire apartment out $750 a room, I have 2 bedrooms. I am moving back to be with my family in OKC. I miss them terribly and thought I’d be happy here in Allen teaching. (Love teaching hate being away from my grandbaby) My lease is up in November. Would you be interested in subletting the apartment?? Both bedrooms?? Or subletting 1 bedroom?? ($650)? If so let’s talk soon please. You will need proof of employment, income that can cover your portion of the rent and the electric. We have two nice pools, a renovated gym(as of February!) Clean BBQ area with outside seating, shaded, basket ball area, sweet quiet neighbors, children are present on property. And this complex is right on McDermott and 75! Really a good deal. I have a fire place, we’re on the third floor so no extra noise above! It’s a lovely place to live. I only require you are stable with stable income, dedicated to your work, have references available, I will do a background check. I kept the rent option to less than a year. It is fully furnished with 1 smart Tv. So please consider me. I do need the help. If you have any pet let me know.
