I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR THIS APARTMENT. It is a close to campus and downtown apartment that has thick walls and separated large rooms. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. A kitchen with refrigerator, stove w/stove top, and cabinets. A shared bathroom. A nice living room area with an A/C unit.

I’m looking for a fellow student or young person around my age to join me. It would just be me and you in the property as it is a 2 bedroom apartment. I am a pretty chill guy that just needs a roommate to save money for college. I usually keep to myself and won’t bother you, but always willing to make a new friend.
