Secured condo with a lock code out front. You would have a private room and bathroom. I work a classic 9-5 and some evening hours from home.

Queen size bed frame is no longer included (I sold it lol), but your bathroom definitely comes with a toilet…okay jokes aside now.

I don’t have any pets and prefer no pets…but cats are so cute!! If you have a cat or SMALL dog that’s fine. Pets rent will be added to lease agreement.

I don’t cook much, so the kitchen and pantry have so much space. If you like to cook this place is perfect.

I’m a minamalist, so not much furniture; still the place is cozy enough for me and hopefully, you :)
