About the room
2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Renting out 2nd bedroom and will have your own bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit which will be shared as well as kitchen and living room. Non-smoking. The room currently has a full size bed in it if you need it but it can be removed.
About the roomies
I am 39 single with no children. I do have a 3 year old golden retriever who has some anxiety so he’ll bark a bit at first but should adjust. I work from home 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm - my office will be in the dining room area. I hardly ever have company and like it quiet most times. I am looking for someone who is patient with my dog, drama free, responsible, but likes to have fun. I go out with friends several times a week so always welcome to join us!
