I am a 35 year old male, previously in the Air Force, who now works in real-estate in Fort Worth and I work from home twice a week. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week, enjoy taking it easy on the weekends, and will always make sure that the apartment is clean to make sure everyone feels comfortable. ** I have two very sweet male cats who need a lot of attention so I hope to find someone who loves cats and wants to interact with them. They are fixed so they do not scratch or spray, but I cannot have additional pets here due to apartment policy (max 2 pets). I am never late on bills so you will never have to worry about that and even though the lease term says 9 months, I am more then likely staying at this apartment for the next couple of years, as I have already been here for over a year. The apartment is in a very quiet, upscale gated community, has a huge pool and full size gym, trash is picked up at the door 5 nights a week, easy to pay online portable, and hosts events every month.
