Each Room has the following: Bed-Dresser-Nightstand/lamp-Chair-Mini Fridge-Microwave-Portable Heating & A/C Units. Please PAY ATTENTION to the following as noted in THE PHOTOS. This Room: has a Portable Closet and French Doors-they lock and have a key. Blackout Tint will be placed in the glass panes for privacy. Occupancy Rate includes the following: Water,Sewage,Pest Control,Wi-Fi,Electricity(up to $150 for entire property; any overage is split equally by all occupants). Temporary occupancy agreement-NOT A LEASE. Occupancy Rate is $155 per week. $150 deposit required. Total due upfront:$305. We will phone screen all potential occupants, no exceptions. Address is not displayed. Address will be supplied and tour set up after phone screen and ID verification.
About the roomies
Owner does not reside at the home. Currently all other Occupants are Males-contract workers and student.
