Amherst Manor Drive

We’re (me and your other roommate) seeking a friendly and responsible grad/professional student to join us in our chill, quiet, but productive apartment. Located in a safe neighborhood right next to UB North Campus (5 minute walk) along with Wegmans and other grocery stores. This room is furnished with a couch, bed, and curtains. Note, it does NOT have a door, but your privacy is ensured with black out curtains. You will have to share the bathroom with 1 other, but we like to keep our spaces clean. Finally, this room is actually the largest in the apartment!

We’re both UB students studying pharmacy and pre-pharmacy respectively. Non-smokers and not partiers. Looking to maintain a chill and clean environment.
