I have a single bedroom available with attached bathroom (shared) in Harlan Ranch, which is off the 168 freeway. Your attached bathroom has a shower that one other roommate will be using. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. This is a two story home, the bedrooms are on top and the kitchen and living room are on bottom. The house has a washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to most of the home, not be constrained to your room. There is a small patio. There is plenty of safe parking around the house but none available directly in front of the home. There are no pets available. There is no smoking in the home. I am asking $875 which includes utilities and internet. We have a lot of courtesy for each other in this home, it is a beautiful area, and you would love living here. The room is available immediately for those with ASAP needs. I work full time and very quiet and keep to myself. The other roommate is a full time student who likes to cook and keeps to himself as well
