I am a clean working professional, I am a retired military, and I now work for the government (work from home). I live in a desirable eastlake community, hoa, and quiet neighborhood. My 12 year old son lives with me part time. When he is with me he is occupied with various afterschool activities and sports. FYI: I have 2 bedroom 1 bath available in a 4 bdr house. Each room is $1100. If both room are rented it will be a shared bathroom. Utilities, internet, are all included. Parking is plenty, clean and spacious yard.
