It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Two adults can cohabitate easily with space to spare.

This home is older, and it comes with its quirks. —Priced Accordingly!

It is not as airtight as new homes, etc. But for the price, you can’t beat it. I am extremely grateful to have found this place, and I hope you will be too.

It has a front mudroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen seen in photos.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom that is shared.

The basement has ample storage space, along with a second fridge.

The common areas come *almost furnished, through hand me downs left by previous tenants.

The bedroom itself will be empty.

Parking out front is easy, the street doesn’t get crowded.
