One fabulous roommate needed for a high-luxury doorman building!

Live a life of luxury on the Hastings-on-Hudson/North Yonkers border. The large apartment offers breathtaking views of the Hudson River in our gorgeous, modern construction building located right at the Greystone Metro North station. Twenty minute drive to the upper west side or 30+ minute train to Grand Central station. *1242 sqft total, 3rd floor, water view.

Unfortunately, I am relocating and need to exit my two-year lease one year early. Therefore, I am looking for someone to sign a new lease with my roommate, Mary.

Your share of the apartment will include a lovely large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and your own private den with a closet (which was previously used as a bedroom for my teen son). Additionally, you’ll have access to a large shared living space, epic views in each room, and the option for parking in the garage ($125/month), as well as ample street parking (only one alternate-side parking day per week). The building amenities include a spa, masseuse, pool, BBQ, etc.

I am flexible with your move-in date. Any date in August would be ideal. Please reach out with any questions or ideas.

While I don’t host large parties (there are spaces in this luxury building to accommodate that!), I may occasionally have friends over, and I’ll be sure to arrange it with you in advance.”
