About the apartment: 💲 Rent is $2400 per month, split among three tenants. This amount covers rent, a resident benefit package for renter’s insurance ($40), and a utility fee that includes WiFi, water, trash, and sewage ($49.50). Electricity & gas utilities are not included and we would split these. 🏡 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite in the master bedroom, and one is in the living room area that two tenants would share). 🫧 There is a dishwasher in the unit and laundry (coin-operated) in the basement. 🚗 We also have a parking space available ($125/month). 🚏 Located walking distance from the 18, 8, and 60 CTA bus stops, and the Pink Line train station (you can also take the 18 bus to get there faster, but it’s 20 mins away by foot). 🌮 Walking distance to a lot of great Pilsen restaurants, bookstores, coffee shops, and nightlife (Thalia Hall and The Green Room), PLUS the Pilsen branch of the Chicago Public Library.

I am a graduate student in my 20s doing my Masters in Marketing Analysis. I work from home as a social media coordinator, and I am passionate about marketing, photography, content creation, and all forms of art and storytelling. Outside of work and school, I love music (namely R&B, afrobeats, amapiano, reggaeton, música mexicana, rap, folk/indie, and house/EDM), exploring Pilsen and Chicago, going on walks around the neighborhood or the lakefront, watching the sunset, concerts, watching reality TV and romcoms, spending time with loved ones, and reading.
