Small to Medium size dogs are allowed with a $100 deposit each which is eligible to be returned upon exit provided no damages.

Other pets may be considered with no deposit, please inquire.

Sex Offenders, Class A, and Class B felons will NOT be considered under any circumstances.

Class C felons MAY be considered depending on the nature of the felony and how long ago at the owner’s discretion.

Applicant must be willing to be subject to a background check.

Smoking and vaping must be done outside, butts must be properly disposed of.

Use of any drugs is strictly forbidden on property.

House is, at current, largely empty due to recent move in.

Full access to kitchen, electricity, water, washer, drier, and high speed internet at no extra cost. (Abuse of electricity and water will be revisited.)

Large, secure storage is available at $50 extra a month but is optional.

Owner is a single male and Christian. Currently, I’m only home on weekends.
