The condo is on a quiet street with a rec/park nearby. It is 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a garage with an EV hookup if needed. Laundry in the garage. The bedroom is large with the bathroom and walk in closet. It was remodeled not long ago. Screened in porch with a small fountain. And use of the home.
I am 60 year old woman. I keep to myself a lot. I work a lot and am very quiet and considerate of others during nighttime. I am respectful and expect the same from others. I don’t curse, drink or smoke. The home is kept clean. I am not a big cook only when I have to. I enjoy walking in the park just around the corner. I have just a few close friends that I enjoy spending time with out of the house. I am employed full time. I also attend church.
