Northeast 7th Avenue

Hello! I am looking for a responsible, communicative, and easy going roommate. You also need to be okay with living with my cat, Jojo. The house is in the Woodlawn neighborhood in NE Portland. You would have your own room and bathroom. It is a two story house, 2.5 baths, and three bedrooms. There is a garage for storage space. And the room comes furnished with a bed and dresser (if you want to use your own furniture, I can be flexible). The other room in the house will be used as an office space and maybe a guest bedroom. I am 29 years old (almost 30), work in the legal field, love live music, traveling, hiking, being outside, and hanging out with my friends and family. I prefer peaceful evenings during the week, but I do enjoy having fun on the weekends. However, I still want to maintain a very clean and respectful living situation. My boyfriend will be coming over and spending the night 1-3x a week. I am cool if you have someone over, just as long as we are communicative about it.
