Room available for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath condo located near I25 and Hampden. Rent would be $800 all utilites included. Ready for move in June 1st. Condo is shared with owner (34 yo male) and cat. Looking for a chill, responsible roomie to share a home with for at least a year. The complex has a clubhouse with a wieght room, steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. No couples and only allowed one other pet (preferably cat but open to dogs). Someone around my age would be nice too but not a dealbreaker. No hard drugs or guns.
