Currently I live in the basement lower part of the home . My roomate upstairs is occupying the other room upstairs .She is quiet , works , and dog sits at other people’s home many days . I like to workout and play tennis . I am a PE /Health teacher for a public school . I am looking for a roomate is who has a job , is clean , and has great energy Shared bathroom and shared laundry washer and dryer . Washer and dryer located inside the house .Shared restroom is with my roomie upstairs . She is considerate , kind , and clean. Room can be unfurnished or furnished according to wishes of the tenant .No drug use or excessive alcohol use please .
