We are looking for someone to take over an unfurnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at The Park at Irvine Spectrum beginning June 1st. The start date is flexible based on your needs. You will have your own private bedroom, closet, and bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and patio. There is also assigned and covered parking included. The complex has several amenities, such as pools, gyms, and a café, and is walking distance from the Irvine Spectrum Center and 15 minutes away from UCI. You will be taking over a portion of the lease that ends in late September, but the lease can be renewed.
