Spacious with a washer and dryer in-unit, a dining room, living room, and walk-in closets.Valet trash is M-F. First floor apartment, but there are several steps leading to the door and no ramp. The Complex: This complex is secured with a gate and 24/7 gate guard, is near the Braves stadium, the maintenance team is highly responsive, there are two nature trails in the complex, and there’s lots of stores right around the corner. There’s also a large gym with tons of equipment and 4 different pools. Reason I’m looking: My roommate is moving out by July 1st or earlier to find a cheaper place. About me: I am 27 and work remotely FT. I have a very sweet, house-broken, quiet (except when someone knocks) 10-lb dog. I also feed a couple of stray cats that stay outside. I am neat and clean my dishes out of the sink each day, and I love to spend as much time outside as possible and read. I’m looking for another neat, fairly lowkey person to room with.
