West 17th Street

The house is in a great location in Tempe, within a 5 minute walk of Clark Park. The house has a garage, nice back yard, off street parking, and has been recently renovated. The house is mostly furnished, you would just need furniture for your own bedroom. The other bedroom can be used as an office, I currently have a desk in there but rarely work from home anyways.

I am currently the only one living at the property. I am a 32 year old male who works as a hydrogeologist at a water resources consulting firm. I keep the house very clean and organized. I am not a big partier, but am not opposed to having friends over for dinner and drinks every once and a while! Hobbies include cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and basically anything else outside.
