The room is available now! You will have your own private bathroom It has a portable AC unit Free to use the living room, kitchen and dining table. Must clean up after yourself after cooking or making a mess… this is not negotiable! You can use some of the fridge space just don’t steal my food and I won’t touch yours. Street parking available Coin operated laundry in the building You can use the pots and pans but you must clean after yourself I have a espresso machine and coffee syrups that you’re free to use but you must take care of the machine.

Utilities not included you will have to pay rent + utilities as they vary from month to month.

I have a cat so must be ok with pets.
