45-Year-Old Male: A seasoned real estate professional who also has a passion for flipping cars. His experience in real estate gives him a unique insight into the market. When he’s not busy with properties or cars, he enjoys a relaxing evening at home or exploring new local spots.

32-Year-Old Female: A creative and dedicated video editor, she works a typical 9 to 5 job. Her career in media is dynamic and engaging. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with a good movie or spending time outdoors.

Both roommates occupy the master bedroom and smaller bedroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with the female. They are down-to-earth, respectful, and enjoy a home environment but are also open to socializing and sharing experiences.
