Danny's room

This room is a basement with concrete floors. But you have a lot of freedom in how you choose to make it your own. It’s about 1,100 square feet with plenty of storage space. I suggest getting a mini-fridge and hotplate/microwave which would keep you from needing to come up stairs except for when you need to do laundry (free use of washer/dryer). But either way, you’ll have rights to the kitchen upstairs as needed. You’ll have your own private entry and first dibs on using the covered carport immediately adjacent to your door. Internet, water, electricity, and all that is included. So $650 is all you need to pay for standard utilities. Pets will need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. I do have a cat that lives upstairs with me.

These pictures aren’t the best because the room wasn’t empty at the time pics were taken. But if you see anything not attached to the ground, don’t worry. You won’t be having to live around any of my stuff =)

This is in the Riverside neighborhood so you’re within walking distance of Downtown, parks, bars, and most anything you’d need. It’s a quiet, chill, convenient spot. Great for a single person but open to discussing adding an additional adult or child.

I’ve lived in Columbia for a while and know this town intimately. So if you’re interested in having someone show you around the cool spots in Columbia, I LOVE showing people my town. I have two kids that are with me every other week. It’d be rare for you to even have a need to encounter them. I’ve owned two homes before and have rented out rooms and entire homes before so this isn’t my first rodeo. I’m super laid back and easy to talk to. I’m very big on communication and staying on the same page. Everything except the rent is open to negotiation - just ask!
