I am looking for a roommate who will care for my beautiful ranch-style home as if it were their own. The house is located at the end of a quiet street, and the rear fenceline of our property borders a farm, so expect to see rabbits, hear birdsong, and plenty of summer flowers.

The house features new light fixtures, ceiling fans, water heater, toilets, roof, fence, and smart washer/dryer, all updated or installed within the last year. It’s perfect for military, students, and working professionals.

We are offering the master bedroom with private bathroom and spa tub for $1200 / month, utilities included.

The home is just a minute drive from Fort Campbell and Austin Peay State University. Grocery and dining are just around the corner on Tiny Town Rd. Easy access to I-, just an hour north of Nashville.

I own the home and live in the loft space above the garage with my small dogs. You can call me Enola, everyone does! I’m an artist, entertainment writer, content editor, podcaster, and I work-from-home part-time. By my side are my ESA dogs, Ripley and Jonesy, both Chihuahua mixes. I’m from Seattle, Washington, and a creative at heart.
