Features: Three-level home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom & office in basement. Home is fully furnished.

+The available room shares a bathroom. +The room includes a built-in closet. Twin bed available upon request.

Shared: +Use of a fully equipped kitchen, reading room, living room, outdoor deck with chairs and table. Wonderful for morning coffee & reading. Back Yard, front yard. Open Kitchen/Dining room (fridge, stove, dishwasher) Living room: sofas, entertainment center 75“ tv, Washer & Dryer, Off street parking.

We share dishes, cookware, cups, plates, silverware. You may have your own as-well. Private space for kitchen stuff will be available for you.

Shared cost of basic household toiletries: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap.

Neighborhood: Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighbors are friendly.

Conveniently located: 10 minutes State Capitol 12 minutes Liberty Park 20 minutes U of U.  11 minutes Farmington Station.

Near grocery store, post office, multiple gyms, restaurants and banks nearby. There is a large grocery stores down the street, post office, multiple gyms, restaurants and banks nearby. 

Cleaning Standard: A high cleaning standard in our home. Equally responsible for mopping, vacuuming, taking out garbage, wiping counters, getting mail etc. Daily cleanliness expected.

No Pets. No couples. Single occupancy only. No sleepovers. No drugs.

Lease Terms: Move in: First month rent & deposit. 1 year lease

• Must pass a BCI, criminal background check.
• Proof of current employment required.
