Jennifer's room

Renting two bedrooms to one person, or potentially to a parent and older child. One room is a lot to cram your whole life into. You can have the two rooms and also the living room in the finished basement as your own. Lots of space for storage and hobbies. Long term roommate is leaving, so the house is in a state of flux, and I’m happy to change up how things are currently arranged so we can make something work for both of us. All utilities, cable, Netflix/HBO Max/Prime included. Security system with camera doorbell, and smart locks on front and back doors. Shared bathroom. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, central AC/heat.

Current photos show the basement lovong room (it can be rearranged, stay split, half used as an office, etc.) as well as the smaller of the two bedrooms. I just added a picture of the larger bedroom - I am painting this week. It will have normal furniture. The giant TV is not mine, but there will be a normal one in the room as well as in the basement living room. More photos to come as current move out progresses.

I’m pretty quiet and mostly read in my room or tend to my new kitchen herb garden. I rarely have guests. Occasionally my parents or sister will stop by for a short time. A little open communication and respect of each other’s personal space, and we’ll be good.
