I have a two bedroom apartment they are beautiful and clean. It is furnish but if you want to change anything is ok. There is no parking in the building, you can get authorization from the town and they will give you a permit to park in certain areas. There is a place about 5 minutes walk that will allow parking for a price 150 dollars. Apartment building is quite and there is a laundry room down stairs. Absolutely no smoking, no pets please.

I have two rooms for rent, I only want to rent the room the rest of the apartment is no for sharing, just the room we share bathroom. The my family situation can change quick, but I will always give you at least two months notice if I need the room to be vacated. I need someone that is clean. What you do in your room is your business but the bathroom has to be clean and organized at all times. I will respect you and I expect the same from you. My apartment is clean and organized and I think is beautiful.
