Esteban's room

Hello everyone! My name is Esteban Martinez and I am currently looking for a new roommate to move in on June 1st! This beautiful home offers a private entrance, washer and dryer and it comes fully furnished besides your own bedroom. It also come with UTILITIES INCLUDED so all you pay is $ flat, Month to Month. Free WiFi and SDGE. The room you move into also comes with a TV as well as the living room! I am not the owner of the place, so you would have to talk to me first, then the owner and we can go from there. All that information can be shared once we have come to an agreement. I prefer a very organized and clean person who has a stable job and respects people’s place. I work full time in the union Electrical industry, Monday to Friday and I also attend school two nights a week. If I’m not working or at school I’m either at the gym or at home. I am a very reserved person but I’d love to also not be strangers with my roommate. I am a very clean, respectful and organized person and I expect the same from my roommate.
