Second story condo at the beach in Port Hueneme. From the living room and kitchen, you can see the ocean and hear the waves crashing. You’ll be able to walk to the beach with the key I provide you. The clubhouse has a small gym, pool, jacuzzi, books, pool tables and ping pong. From your room you can see the Santa Susana Mountains. You will have your own 3/4 bathroom with locks on your door and the bathroom door. The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, side table and mounted TV with ROKU. WIFI and all utilities included. Washer and dryer available for your use as well as the kitchen. As soon as you walk in the front door, your room is on the left, so you won’t need to walk through the house to get to your room. Look forward to hearing from you.

34/M homeowner with no other people living in the home. I have two cats who are friendly but will probably hide from you initially. I’m very active and love to hike, backpack and exercise. I don’t smoke or party and go to bed fairly early. I rarely have people over. Very easy going and friendly.
