This gorgeous 2,531 sq ft farm house has been recently remodeled with hardwood floors, beautiful finishes, and modern amenities. It’s tucked away enough to feel like quiet country living, but still conveniently located. Kroger is about a mile away, the nearest Greenway access is a 10 minute drive, and getting onto 400 will take you around 15 minutes. Downstairs has a gorgeous kitchen with tons of counter and storage space; 2 common areas that will be mostly furnished; appliances including washer/dryer, and a large pantry.

I’m looking for 2 female roommates to live in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The rooms each have their own closets, and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The windows bring in tons of natural light during the day and overlook rolling hills, trees, and my aunt’s beautiful farm across the street.

I’m a veterinary assistant in my late 20’s. Currently, I’m working full time and in vet tech school. I’m pretty quiet, friendly, easy-going, and like to keep my spaces relatively clean. I may have some friends over occasionally for small get-togethers, but I’ll always give y’all a heads-up before and be respectful of my roommates’ schedules and sleep. My aunt owns the property, so she’ll be our landlady :)
