Hana's room

This apartment is a two bedroom and two bathroom, with a small patio on the second floor. Within the unit there is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, an in unit washer and dryer, a small pantry, and small/medium coat closet that has been recently renovated. There is no a/c however there is a ceiling fan in the dining area, windows in each room, and a heating unit in each room. The apartment itself is furnished, but the room for rent is not. Within the complex there is an outdoor patio for eating with shared grill, as well as a pool. There is one designated parking spot for the unit, as well as first come first serve parking on the black top and street parking. The area itself is very safe and walking distance to many great places. These places include but aren’t limited to the Pruneyard, Downtown Campbell, the Los Gatos Trail, Campbell Park, and the Downtown Campbell light rail stop. It is also close the entrance for highway 17. The room available for rent is a single occupancy that is large enough to fit a twin size bed, a dresser, and a desk. The room also contains a medium sliding door closet that has shelves and the doors are full length mirrors. The bathroom is detached from the room with a tub/shower with a sliding glass door, toilet, sink and medicine cabinet.

Hi, I am a 26 year old female who is currently working in education. I am a generally clean and tidy person who likes to have her own space. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my friends and family, cook and bake, garden, watch tv and movies, travel, and just hang out on lazy days.
