Hi! I have a bedroom (fully furnished) available in a 2 bed apartment available starting Aug 1, 2024. Located in pacific beach, it is 1200 square feet apt located steps to the beach. Located in prime location - (1 block from Mission Bay) and half a mile from the ocean. The best restaurants and bars are only less than a mile away. Fully furnished and well stocked with the every day living appliances.

Furnished bedroom has the following: queen bed, private en-suite 1/2 bath, large mirror, large dresser, and 3 closets (lots of space). Laundry room on premise. Private parking space . Pet friendly. Full second bath and shower is shared.

About me: 31 year old female who works remotely (desk in my bedroom) at a healthcare staffing agency. I have a 3 year old Maltipoo who is a hypoallergenic, friendly little guy. I am super easy going. I enjoy the beach, binge watching bravo (realty tv is my go-to) and cooking. I lay low during the week and on weekends I may be social with friends and family or will be at the beach !
