This is a four-bedroom home and we are seeking to have a total of 4 residents. Currently, there are two of us.
I work in the solar energy industry, enjoy anime, hiking, organizing meetups, and live music, while my roommate Scotty works as an installation tech. He enjoys skateboarding, working out, reading, and live music.
We’re both very easygoing, clean, quiet, and respectful of each other’s space, but more importantly, we’re clear communicators who will set boundaries when needed and avoid passive-aggressive behavior at all times. We both drink and smoke weed, but rarely in excess, and are not the types to blast loud music. We might host friends in shared spaces a couple times a year, but rarely, if ever after 11 pm on weekdays.
Ideally, we would find someone who either has shared interests or is open to being friendly when we share each other’s company, but if you are the type of person who likes to stick to yourself, that is also completely fine and we would respect that preference. In addition, we would prefer to find someone else who is also tidy, quiet and respectful.
