Gorgeous house with lots of room. The bedroom comes with an office space/ Personal Living room with a Futon for additional sleeping. The kitchen is just below the rooms as well. The common areas of the house are fully shared.

I am professional filmmaker that works all over the United States, Occasionally I will be gone. But the time that I am here, I enjoy going to coffee shops and doing work on the computer and taking small adventures from time to time. I love to get out and film not only as a professional filmmaker , but as a hobby was well. I occasionally works with clients in my professional home studio located in the garage. You can expect to meet actors/musicians/tv stars coming through the house to record. Common areas are shared with a male roommate, but the entire upstairs is private with a door separating both sides of the house. You would have access to the private recording studio in the garage, great for artists and content creators.
