A furnished room with private bathroom in a second floor condo is available from 6/1/24. Just bring your clothes and tv/computer if you like watching tv. I do not own a tv, but will provide cable (xfinity) and internet. Shared kitchen, washer/dryer available.Community pool and parking close to the unit. Non-smoker, you have to have a steady income. I keep a very clean home, I will ask you to take your shoes off before entering the home, and cleaning is offered for the roommate’s area for an additional small fee. I do not smoke or drink. During the little time I spend at home, I cook, read, watch youtube or movies on my computer. I work 6 days a week
