It’s a peaceful big 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom. Living room access and kitchen access. I had put the weight bench inside where the kitchen table went because the Ex took the table and I didn’t want it rusted from weather. Furnished living room with 4K tv. We are a HBO Max and Hulu house so if you have Netflix or anything bring it along. Theirs WiFi 500Mb through the apartment. As well as if you need a direct line for laptop or computer I can provide that as well. Room freshly painted and faces the from of the apartment and the Main Street. Yes it’s a shared bathroom but mostly my Roommate (Female) uses it and keeps it feminine. She will be using my bathroom and that one. But feel free to leave stuff in cabinets in bathroom and drawers as you have your own. Theirs cameras on the front and back of the whole apartment for security reasons and safety. I currently have one woman living with me she’s 25 works full time and goes to nursing school. I work from home via Zoom. Oh, also, feel free to use the gym equipment all you want and the patio has misters and fruit trees out back. We are a 420 household not sayin you are forced or have to. Just we do smoke here just not cigarettes. No pers allowed as my roomy is allergic to the hair. We watch movies and shows together. Wake up to coffee on the misted patio and joke. Good energy. No baby mommas or baby daddy’s. No exes popping up. No one stays the night. Just happy healing home. Feel free to message me with any questions or anything I didn’t answer. Rent is firm but Deposit payment is negotiable. Just last person wrecked to closet doors and we paid for them out of pocket. Other then that I promise it’s a good fit!

My roomy is Female. I’ll keep her nameless for privacy purposes. She works with kids full time and studies to be a nurse part time. She is very energetic and is always the most feminine person I know. Very hygienic! She’s always cooking something healthy for the house or company. She’s always done up and working out too. Reliable and always on time. I trust her with my home and money.
