Seeking a female roommate to join me in my 2BD apartment nestled in the quaint & quiet, picturesque Marina del Rey!

Your room is a large and spacious master bedroom (275 sq ft), double the size of my room. You have two walking closets, a vanity mirror and two sinks across a 6 foot counter and a restroom with a shower and bath. You’ll also have your own fridge, access to WiFi, a free parking spot, and amenities like our large patio, BBQ, fireplace, and more. The room is unfurnished but we could talk about some furniture options!

Situated along the waterfront at the end of the Marina, our apartment complex is part of a stunning and very unique waterfront community.  Surrounded by lush greenery, waterfalls, and pools, it offers a resort-inspired ambiance.

If you’re a nature lover, you will love spotting birds, turtles, koi fish, even seals and sea lions in the Marina! The property features multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and an outdoor gym. Plus, the beach and Marina waterfront are just a short stroll (3 minute walk) away.

The neighborhood is safe and tranquil, making it an ideal retreat within bustling LA, yet only a half-mile away is everything you’ll need - from yoga studios to restaurants, the beach and Abbot Kinney. If you crave a serene and scenic living environment, this is the place for you! I’m seeking a female roommate who is friendly, tidy, considerate, and financially stable.

The rent is $2,900/mo (includes internet, other bills are additional)

The room is available as early as May 20th! Duration: mid to long-term (eg: 6 months +)

I’m a 30-something marketing consultant, I enjoy yoga, good music, stimulating conversations, and organizing community events. I enjoy meeting new people and love keeping the space clean. I WFH on some days and from co-working spaces on others. I’d love to find someone I can get along with easily and together, we can create a respectful roommate-ship.
