In the neighborhood near CMH (Hospital), VCMC (Hospital), Ventura Community College (VC), Pacific View Mall & Trader Joe’s.

Ventura Court House and Government Center are also a few minutes away.

Port Hueneme CBC Naval base’s Victoria Gate is a few miles south of us.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

It is a quiet neighborhood at night with good neighbors. Again, it’s located in the neighborhood right below the Ventura Community College.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This is just a room rental.

As there is not much to it, this setup is recommended more for someone who may really need to be close to the above mentioned locations. Someone who may be coming into town to work or go to school during the day and sleeps at night.

This setup is recommended more for someone who eats out most of the time, or microwaves like a pro, as there are no kitchen access privileges.

Lastly, there are no washer or dryer privileges with this room rental. Previous renters just took their laundry to the nearby laundromat by the college that is just a 5 minute drive within the same neighborhood.

Again, it’s just a room rental.

I live here with my family. We are a family household that is active during the day, and we sleep at night. We prefer to keep to ourselves, but you can always reach out to us if you need to while you are renting the room.
