• Price: $900
• 12 months contracts
• $50 application fee.
• 1 to 2 months deposit based on background check results
• Access to common living areas: living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, backyard deck, etc.

• All Utilities are included in the Price. No extra cost besides the rent.

• Quiet, no party, well-maintained, and clean townhome. Share bathroom with one other female roommate. She is very clean and expects the new roommate to be the same.

• No smoking inside the house
• No pet.

• No loud noise before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m.
