Ben's room

This 3 story condo has 3 rooms total all with their own full bathroom. 2 rooms on the top floor and one on the bottom floor. Another half bathroom is in the common area on the second floor where the kitchen and living room are located. You would be staying in one of the rooms on the top floor. There is community parking, a driveway, as well as on street parking. The condo itself is nestled in a semi-private community kept away from the rest of the surrounding neighborhood. We are close to Virginia Wesleyan University as well as shore drive. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We already have a 3 year old Goldendoodle in the house and he is great with other animals, just a bit too friendly sometimes lol. We’d prefer someone without pets to keep the peace but don’t hesitate to reach out if you think your animal would be fine living in a shared condo. We can always introduce them and see how they get along. The room is available for the next 9 months.

There are currently two of us living in the property. Both of us are males in our early 20’s both with full time careers. One of us is a realtor and the other is active duty in the Navy. We’re both friendly, relaxed people who just want to find someone reliable to cover 1/3 of the rent. Everything here is split evenly, from rent to utilities. We don’t care about your gender, just please consider if you’re okay living with two males. The layout of the condo is set up so that if you want to be left alone and barely seen or heard from you can do that, but I’m pretty talkative myself so you don’t have to be isolated either! As long as you pay bills on time you’re free to live how you like. Just keep things clean, don’t create unnecessary problems and please communicate any issues you’re having. I’d rather talk things out then slowly build resentment towards each other.
