I am a retired divorced fit active guy, father of three grown adult professional children who all live within 30 mins from me. Am very easy to get along with, with a good balance between energetic and chill. I love to cook, eat healthy, and if you’re on, or familiar with, the carnivore or Keto diet, all the better!

Presently in the process of transferring my lease, ending June 16, to a larger, corner, 2 bedroom apartment to accommodate a roommate. Your move-in date could be any time after June 16. If we find we’re a good match, I will gladly extend your move-in date out a couple of months, maybe as far out as Aug 1. I’m hoping to confirm the new lease very soon, probably by May 20th. But don’t wait. Contact me soon so we can both get our plans settled!

Though I haven’t had a roommate to share my home with in a very long time, I don’t imagine any issues, except deciding on someone. You may be wondering… Why am I considering taking in a roommate? Honestly because my finances are a bit tighter than I had planned right now, and don’t want to spend down my savings too quickly, given the high rents at this complex and in the area in general. My interest in staying here another few years ( moved in June ’23 ) is mostly for a few reasons: to be able to offer this beautiful pool to my grandkids, loving the gym downstairs, and simply needing a comfortable “transition” into retirement as I figure out my next move.
