Spacious, second-floor, house apartment with a view of NYC in need of a 3rd roommate! The apartment contains three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large, fully furnished living and dining room, stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the basement. Room that is available is not furnished but does have a view of the NYC skyline! April 1st move in .
There is always plenty of parking right in front or on the side of the house. One minute across the street is the elevator that takes you down the cliff into Hoboken and to the 9th street light rail station. This is a convenient location that is cheaper and easier to park/commute from! No smoking and no pets allowed. Utilities are not included in price and are usually $40-$50/month per person.
Current tenants: I am a 27 year old female that works in the finance in Lower Manhattan. My roommate is 26 and he works in the sports industry. We are both easy-going, like to keep our place clean, and have busy schedules. I have been living here for two years and I love the place! Great location- 5 minute walk to Hoboken shop rite, 15 minute walk to Trader Joes, and 25 minute walk to Hoboken path (or a quick light rail ride!) Price is great especially for this location and our landlord is easy to contact and very helpful!
