About the room
Nice large room available in new house!
This room has its own walk in closet.
The monthly rent includes garbage, high speed internet, a house Netflix account, pest control and regular housing cleaning.
Once per month I stock the house with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, tin foil, zip lock bags, and Clorox wipes.
Again, all of this is included in the monthly rent.
I am looking for single occupancy. Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit of $100.
Smoking allowed outside.
The house is about ten minutes from downtown Georgetown, twenty minutes from Round Rock and thirty to sixty minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day.
About the roomies
House is 5 bedrooms - 3500 sq ft and sits on 2 AC lot. There are four roommates, two males and two females. Everyone is working professional and the house during the day is empty and during evening each roommate is in their room.
