About the room
A year least starting August 1st (sooner move in if needed). We’re super close to the frontage road, Harmony, and 392. We’re looking for someone who is laid back & reliable. No college students or pets are allowed. It would be the entire basement (1,000+ sq ft) and shared kitchen on the main floor. The basement has its own sink area but it’s not a fully functioning kitchen. Rent would be around $815 without utilities, trash, and internet.
About the roomies
My girlfriend and I are very laid back and quiet. We’re gym goers and relaxed otherwise. I am an athletic trainer and she works at UNC.
