I am renting two of the four bedrooms on the second floor of my single family house in Haines City. The house was built in 2006 and is very spacious (2880 sq ft). It has a large fenced yard with a shaded hammock and its kitchen has been recently beautifully remodeled. Street parking is available. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and consists of single family homes. It is located five minutes away from Walmaert, Aldi, Lowes, CVS and Walgreens and ten minutes from Publix and Posner Park shopping center. Disney is half an hour away, Orlando is 45 minutes away, Tampa is one hour away and the beaches of Saint Petersburg and Clearwater 1.5 hours away.

The rooms available for rent and their respective rents are as follows:

• Princess Bedroom (15x14 sq ft): corner room with a closet. Bathroom shared with one other roommate - $650

• Prince Bedroom (15x15 sq ft): inner room with a new wall to wall carpet and closet. Bathroom shared with one other roommate - $700

• Queen Bedroom (19x15 sq ft) corner room with a large double door closet, new wall to wall carpet. Bathroom shared with one other roommate - $800

• King Bedroom (20x18 sq ft) very large master bedroom with its own private bathroom including a large bathtub and a separate shower and two walk in closets - $950

All the rooms have wall to wall carpet beside the King Bedroom which has a new dark wooden floor. All four bedrooms available are on the second floor of the house while my bedroom and office space are on the first floor.

Please note that periodically I host nice and friendly dogs via Rover so I am looking for pet friendly roommates. Please also note that periodically I may be renting one room for short term visitors.

I am a very nice and accommodating professional adult who is very relaxed, reliable, organized and easy to get along with. I am looking for up to two roommates who are nice, clean, respectful and friendly. Preference will be given to quiet professionals who do not work from home.

I am an online piano instructor and teach music lessons online from my office on the first floor. Downstairs there is also a grand piano which I practice 1-2 hours a day, hence my preference for roommates who work outside during the day.
